We tried Uncle's Hawaiian in Fallston Sunday night for the first time. Just a quick ten-minute drive from downtown Bel Air, at the junction of Belair Road and Mountain Road. Very bright decor, lots of energy. Wait staff was very friendly and happy to share thoughts on the menu and the concept. We shared Aunty's Mix Plate which combines spiced fried chicken tenders, salt cured salmon and delicious shredded smoked pork shoulder. Sides were sticky white rice and macaroni salad, both of which are evidently Hawaiian staples. No spam, but did not miss it! Hopefully this fresh new concept is a sign of things to come in Harford County's culinary scene! Aloha!!!
